About us
Grupomar has the newest and modern fleet per ton for the capture of Yellowfin Tuna in the EPO (East Pacific Ocean) with the newest pour seiners that count with the best technology in the freezing process on our boats.
Our plant is located in Manzanillo, Colima Mexico, along the Pacific Coast and employs over 3,000 direct workers, which 55% are women making us one of the largest employers in our activity.
Our frozen products are processed using modern equipment available in the industry, with temperature controlled that guarantees the cold cycle.
Our factory produce 500 million cans of tuna every year and can produce up to 300 tons of frozen products every month.

All our products are wild caught and come from our own fishing vessels, that operate under strict practices that comply with various health organizations. Such as FAD and ISO among others, to enforce the highest standard throughout our operations.
